Plant Overview

The Rotating Disc plant layout is detailed in the below flow diagram and comprises of the following treatment phases:

• ANAEROBIC TREATMENT – Settlement in primary or holding tank.
• AEROBIC TREATMENT – Biological treatment: ROTATING DISC Rotor Unit
• CLARIFICATION – Humus removal in secondary settling tank
• DISINFECTION – Chlorine contact tank with Pill type or Liquid Chlorine Dosing
• EFFLUENT POLISHING (As required by guidelines) – Media Filtration, Phosphate removal, UV Disinfection, Membrane Filtration
